Shipping Policy

Delivery Areas & Addresses

HORURU currently ships to valid residential and business addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.
(Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.)

Please ensure that your shipping address — including street, city, state, and ZIP code — is complete and accurate before submitting your order.
Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses may be delayed or returned. In such cases, the shipping fee will not be refunded.

Shipping Fees

  • Free Standard Shipping for all orders over $70 USD.

  • Orders under $70 USD will incur a flat $8 USD shipping fee.
    At this time, we only offer standard shipping service within the continental United States.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
During high-volume periods, processing may take longer.
Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note: Processing time does not include delivery time.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, your order should arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Carrier & Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Incorrect Address

HORURU is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer.
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to assist you, but changes may not be possible once the order has shipped.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If you receive a missing or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include clear photos of the items received so our team can resolve the issue promptly.

Important Notes

  • Ensure the recipient’s phone number and delivery address are accurate to receive updates via SMS or phone.

  • Once your products leave our warehouse, ownership, title, and risk of loss or damage transfer to you, provided that full and valid payment has been received.
