United States

Free standard shipping on orders over $70 USD

Orders under $70 will incur an $8 USD shipping fee.

United Kingdom

Free standard shipping on orders over $45 USD

Orders under $45 will incur an $4 USD shipping fee.

Germany

Free standard shipping on orders over €49 EUR

Orders under €49 will incur an €5 EUR shipping fee.

Delivery Areas & Addresses

Horuru currently ships to valid residential and business addresses within the United States, United Kingdom, and Germany.

Please note that delivery availability may vary by region, carrier service area, and checkout eligibility.

Please ensure that your shipping address — including street, city, state or region, postal code, and country — is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses may be delayed, returned, or undeliverable. In such cases, the shipping fee will not be refunded.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local handling fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

If a package is refused due to unpaid customs duties, import taxes, or local fees, the original shipping fee and any return-related costs may be deducted from the refund.

Shipping Fees

  • United States: Free standard shipping is available for orders over $70 USD.
  • United Kingdom: Free standard shipping is available for orders over $45 USD.
  • Germany: Free standard shipping is available for orders over €49 EUR.
  • Orders below the free shipping threshold may incur a shipping fee calculated or displayed at checkout.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

During high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note: Processing time does not include delivery time.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, your order should arrive within the estimated delivery window shown at checkout or in your shipping confirmation email, depending on your destination and the carrier service used.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Carrier & Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Incorrect Address

HORURU is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer.

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to assist you, but changes may not be possible once the order has shipped.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If you receive a missing or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include clear photos of the items received so our team can resolve the issue promptly.

Ensure the recipient’s phone number and delivery address are accurate to receive shipping updates via SMS, email, or phone.

Risk of Loss

Once your products leave our warehouse, ownership, title, and risk of loss or damage transfer to you, provided that full and valid payment has been received.
